The Eurocamp Spreewaldtor campsite offers over 300 campers the perfect backdrop for their vacation with its proximity to nature and the allure of the Spree Forest. The campsite offers a number of different accommodation options and various services: There is a restaurant and mini market, bicycle and electric scooter rental and a laundry center.

Laundry center outsourced to professionals
Since the beginning of 2020, the campsite has relied on WeWash as its partner for the laundry center. “We were fed up with the issue of faulty washing machines and dryers, so we outsourced our laundry problem,” explains Annette Weber, Managing Director of Eurocamp Spreewaldtor.
The campsite opted for WeWash Care – and soon enough, the shared laundry room were fitted with modern, energy- and water-efficient Bosch brand appliances. Both sanitary buildings were initially equipped with two modern washing machines and dryers each, which guests can conveniently reserve and pay for via the WeWash App. A year later, another washing machine and dryer were added due to the high demand. However, if all the machines are occupied, you can join the digital queue where you receive a notification as soon as an appliance becomes available.

The digital solution also presents campsite operators with numerous benefits. For example, admin and maintenance of the laundry rooms are now a thing of the past, while any questions guests might have are answered by the WeWash service team via the help center in the app. This takes the pressure off reception, which can now focus on other important issues. Annette Weber: “It’s great that we no longer have to worry about the repair service and can offer new and beautiful appliances at the same time.” The service has been popular with campers from the get-go. By April 2023, more than 746 users had already availed of it. Managing Director Alexander Weber: “We and our guests love the appliances and the service provided by WeWash”.
